陈英，博士，讲师，中共党员，南京理工大学，软件工程（嵌入式培养）系教师。主要研究方向：含噪短语音说话人识别，基于人工智能的风险导向深度强化投资组合分析，基于人工智能的金融数据分析与决策支持。主要讲授课程：软件工程经济学。
